Great business is about appreciating the interplay between context, people and effective administration. This 30 minute presentation delivers a whistle stop tour of the principal strategic, operational and personal areas that need to be considered and developed if organisations are to survive and thrive.
Barry D’Souza MBA has achieved distinction as both a leader and a senior manager. He began his career as an international conductor working with ensembles throughout Europe. As a lecturer he taught at Birmingham City University and as a senior manager he directed the work of Birmingham YMAZ .
In recognition of his consistent approach towards increasing productivity, embedding corporate responsibility, and developing high performance teams, Barry is the holder of Fellowships from the Chartered Managers Institute, The Institute of Consulting, the Institute of Leadership & Management and the Royal Society of Arts, Commerce and Manufacturing.
