Wolverhampton homes have would like to encourage the local supply chain to  tender for contracts with them, in particular building tradesmen. These may be builders, plumbers, electricians, glaziers etc., any service that is will supply  into the fabric of buildings.

They have  are holding SME workshops to support their local procurement strategy which will cover :


  1. The background to WCC and the formation of Wolverhampton Homes as an Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO
  2. Outline the differences between Public and Private sector procurement.
  3. Provide a brief overview of UK and EU Procurement legislation and Directives.
  4. Provide a brief overview of UK and EU Procurement legislation and Directives.

  • Advertising of contracts
  • Open and Restricted procedures
  • Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ)
  • Tender Documents
  • Evaluation process
  • Award process
  • Debriefing (Feedback)

The Workshops will be held on at  the Tarmac building at the following date/time;
